Inspiring Story: Always Be Happy

Once upon a time, in a small village, there lived a wise old man named Hari. He was known for his everlasting happiness and calm demeanor, no matter the situation. People often wondered how he remained so cheerful all the time.

One day, a young man named Raj, troubled by his life’s difficulties, decided to visit Hari and ask for his secret to happiness.

Raj asked,
“How do you stay so happy all the time? Life is full of problems, yet you always smile!”

Hari smiled and handed Raj a spoon filled with oil.
“Take this spoon and walk around my house. But be careful! Don’t spill a single drop of oil.”

Raj carefully walked through the house, keeping his eyes fixed on the spoon. When he returned, Hari asked,
“Did you notice my beautiful garden? The birds singing? The paintings on the walls?”

Raj shook his head, “No, I was too focused on not spilling the oil!”

Hari laughed, “That’s exactly what happens in life! We focus too much on our problems and forget to enjoy the beauty around us.”

He continued, “Happiness comes when we appreciate what we have rather than worry about what we lack. Life will always have problems, but if you focus on joy, kindness, and gratitude, happiness will follow you everywhere!”

Raj understood the lesson and from that day onward, he chose to embrace happiness rather than stress over his problems.

Moral of the Story:

Happiness is a choice. Focus on the good, appreciate life’s small joys, and you will always be happy!
