SSB Training – Day 05: Conference Day
The Conference Day is the final day of the SSB (Services Selection Board) Interview, where the assessors—Psychologists, GTOs (Group Testing Officers), and the Interviewing Officer—discuss each candidate’s performance. The candidate then appears before the board for a short interaction.
Structure of Conference Day
- Assessors’ Discussion – The board members evaluate each candidate’s overall performance.
- Candidate’s Appearance in the Conference Room – Candidates are called one by one for a final interaction.
