The Command Task (CT) is a crucial part of the SSB Interview during the Group Testing Officer (GTO) series. It is designed to assess a candidate’s leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and resource management skills under pressure.
1. What is the Command Task?
- The Command Task is an individual task where the candidate is the commander.
- You have to lead a small team to solve an obstacle-based challenge.
