Understanding ‘Shall Be’ & ‘Will Be’ in Interrogative Sentences

“Shall be” and “Will be” are used to form future tense questions.

They are used to ask about future situations, conditions, or possibilities.

“Shall be” is mostly used with I & We (formal use).
-
“Will be” is used with You, He, She, It, They.
Sentence Structure
Interrogative Sentence Formation:
Shall I/We + be + (complement)?
Will You/He/She/It/They + be + (complement)?

Shall I be late tomorrow?
क्या मैं कल देर से आऊँगा?
Shall we be ready by 5 PM?
क्या हम शाम 5 बजे तक तैयार होंगे?
Will you be at home in the evening?

Negative Interrogative Sentences
