Narration को हिंदी मे क्या कहते हैं और यह कितने प्रकार के होते हैं ।
Narration को हिंदी मे कथन कहा जाता है और यह दो प्रकार के होते हैं ।
1. Direct Speech
2. Indirect Speech
1. Direct Speech : यदि किसी वक्ता के कथन को हू बहू उसी के शब्दों में बोला जाय तो यह Direct Speech कहलाएगा । और Direct Speech को Inverted Commas के बीच में रखा जाता है । जैसे
वो कहता है,” मै तैयार हूँ ।”
He says,” I am ready.”
उसने मुझसे कहा,” कृपया मेरी मदद करें ।”
He said to me,” Please help me.”
वह मुझसे कहेगा,” मुझे आपकी मदद की जरूरत है ।”
He will say to me,” I need your help.”
2. Indirect Speech : यदि किसी वक्ता के कथन को उसी के शब्दों में ना कहकर उसके “आशय या सारांश” को अपने शब्दों में बोला जाय तो वह Indirect Speech कहलाएगा । Indirect Speech को Inverted Commas के भीतर नहीं रखा जाता है । जैसे
उसने कहा कि मै तैयार हूँ ।
He said that he was ready.
वह मुझसे कहता है कि मै तुम्हारी मदद करूँगा ।
He says to me that he will help me.
वह मुझसे कहेगा कि मुझे आपकी मदद की जरुरत है ।
He will say to me,” he he needs my help.
Note : Say/said/says के बाद to का प्रयोग होगा यदि इसके बाद कोई Object आए ।
I say to him
He said to me
She says to me
परंतु tell/told/ask/assked के बाद to का प्रयोग नहीं होता है ।
He told me
She tells me
I shall tell him
They asked me
अब आप हिंदी के ऐसे वाक्यों को देखें । जो Direct speech में है । और इसका अनुवाद भी Direct speech मे करना है । ऐसा करना एकदम आसान है क्योंकि अनुवाद हू बहू किया जाता है ।
राम कहता है,” मै स्कूल नहीं जाऊँगा ।”
Ram says,” I shall not go to school.”
वह मुझसे कहता है,” मै तुम्हारी मदद करूँगा ।”
He says to me,” I shall help you.”
मैने उससे कहा,” मै तुम्हारा सच्चा दोस्त हूँ ।”
I said to him,” I am your true friend.”
वह मुझसे कहेगा,” मुझे आपकी मदद की जरूरत है ।”
He will say to me,” I need your help.”
उसने मुझसे कहा,” तुम कहाँ से आए हो ?”
He said to me,” Where have you come from.”
मैनें उससे पूछा,” तुम्हारा क्या नाम है ?”
I asked him,” What is your name ?”
उसने मुझसे कहा,” कृपया मेरी मदद करें ।”
He said to me,” Please help me.”
मेरे पिताजी ने मुझसे कहा,” समय बर्बाद मत करो ।”
My father said to me,” Don’t waste time.”

Translate into English
वह कहता है,” मै वहाँ नहीं जाऊँगा ।”
He says, ” I shall not go there.”
राम मुझसे कहता है,” तुम मुझे नहीं हरा सकते ।”
Ram says to me,” You can’t defeat me.”
वह कहती है,” मै तैयार रहूँगी ।”
She says,” I shall be ready.”
उसने मुझसे कहा,” मै आपका दुश्मन नहीं हूँ ।”
He said to me,” I am not your enemy.”
मैनें उससे कहा,” तुम्हें यह काम नहीं करना चाहिए ।”
I said to him,” You should not do this work.”
उसने मुझसे कहा,” मेरे पिताजी तुमसे मिलना चाहते हैं ।”
He said to me,” My father wants to meet you.”
मैने उससे कहा,” मै तुमसे प्यार करता हूँ ।”
I said to him,” I love you.”
उनलोगों ने मुझसे कहा,” हमलोग वहाँ नहीं गए थें ।”
They said to me,” We did not go there.”
वह मुझसे कहेगा,” मै आपको नहीं जानता हूँ ।”
He will say to me,” I don’t know you.”
राम मुझसे कहेगा,” क्या आप इसके लिए तैयार हैं ?”
Ram will say to me,” Are you ready for it ?”
उसने मुझसे कहा,” क्या आप बीमार हैं ?”
He said to me,” Are you I’ll ?”
मैनें अपने दोस्त से कहा,” तुम कब जा रहे हो ?”
I said to my friend,” when are you going ?”
उसने मुझसे पूछा,” तुम वहाँ क्यों नहीं गए ?”
He asked me,” Why didn’t you go there ?”
मैने उस लड़की से पूछा,” तुम कहाँ रहती हो ?”
I asked that girl,” Where do you live ?”
शिक्षक ने हमलोगों से कहा,” वर्ग मे हो हल्ला मत करो ।”
The teacher said to us,” Don’t make a noise in the class.”
मैनें अपने नौकर से कहा,” एक ग्लास पानी लाओ ।”
I said to my servant,” Bring a glass of water.”
मैने अपने पिताजी से कहा,” कृपया मुझे एक साइकिल खरीद दें ।”
I said to my father,” Please buy me a bicycle.”

Translate into English Using Direct form of Speech
वह कहती है कि मै इस काम को कर सकती हूँ ।
वह कहती है,”  मै इस काम को कर सकती हूँ ।”
He says,” I can do this work.”
मोहन कहता है कि मै वहां नहीं गया था ।
मोहन कहता है,” मै वहां नहीं गया था ।”
Mohan says,” I didn’t go there.”
उसने मुझसे कहा कि आपको यह काम नहीं करना चाहिए
उसने मुझसे कहा,” आपको यह काम नहीं करना चाहिए ।”
He said to me,” You should not do this work.”
उसने कहा कि मै दोषी नहीं हूँ ।
उसने कहा,” मै दोषी नहीं हूँ ।”
He said,” I am not guilty.”
राम ने मुझसे कहा कि तुम मेरे दोस्त नहीं हो ।
राम ने मुझसे कहा,” तुम मेरे दोस्त नहीं हो ।”
Ram said to me,” You are not my friend.”
उसने कहा कि मै वहाँ नहीं जाऊँगा ।
उसने कहा,” मै वहाँ नहीं जाऊँगा ।”
He said,” I shall not go there.”
वह मुझसे कहेगा कि मैनें आपकी कलम नहीं चुराई है ।
वह मुझसे कहेगा,” मैनें आपकी कलम नहीं चुराई है ।”
He will say to me,”I have not stolen your pen.”
उसने मुझसे पूछा कि क्या आप बीमार हैं ।
उसने मुझसे पूछा,” क्या आप बीमार हैं ?”
He asked me,” Are you I’ll ?”
मैनें उससे कहा कि क्या आप अंग्रेजी जानते हैं ।
मैनें उससे कहा,” क्या आप अंग्रेजी जानते हैं ?”
I said to him,” Do you know english ?”
राम ने मुझसे कहा कि तुम कब जाओगे ।
राम ने मुझसे कहा,” तुम कब जाओगे ?”
Ram said to me,” When will you go ?”
वह तुमसे पूछेगी कि तुम कहाँ से आए हो ।
वह तुमसे पूछेगी,” तुम कहाँ से आए हो ?”
She will say to you,” Where have you come from ?”
उसने मुझसे कहा कि वहाँ जाओ ।
उसने मुझसे कहा,” वहाँ जाओ ।”
He said to me,” Go there.”
राम ने मुझसे कहा कि कृपया मेरी मदद करें ।
राम ने मुझसे कहा,” कृपया मेरी मदद करें ।”
Ram said to me,” Please help me.”
शिक्षक ने हमलोगों से कहा कि बेंच पर खड़े हो जाओ ।
शिक्षक ने हमलोगों से कहा,” बेंच पर खड़े हो जाओ ।”
The teacher said to us,” Stand up on the the bench.”
वह मुझसे कहेगा कि वहाँ मत जाओ ।
वह मुझसे कहेगा,” वहाँ मत जाओ ।”
He will say to me,” Don’t go there.”
वह मुझसे कहता है कि यह काम मत करो ।
 वह मुझसे कहता है,” यह काम मत करो ।”
He says to me,” Don’t do this work.”
