Present Perfect Continuous Tense की क्रिया से प्रायः यह बोध होता है कि जो काम past मे शुरू हुआ वह अभी भी जारी है ।

पहचान : हिंदी वाक्य की जिन क्रियाओ के अंत मे  ता रहा हूँँ / ती रही हूँँ/ता रहा है/ते रहे हो/ते रहे हैं इत्यादि रहता है उन क्रियाओ का अनुवाद Present Perfect Continuous Tense मे होता है । जैसे

मै खाता रहा हूँँ ।       i have been eating.
वह पढता रहा है ।       He has been reading.

Note : यदि हिंदी क्रियाओ के अंत मे रहा हूँँ/रही हूँँ/रहे हैं/रही हैं/रहे हो/रही हो/रहा है हो और इसके पहले भूतकालिक समयसूचक शब्द का प्रयोग हो ( जैसे – एक घंटे से, दो घंटे से,दो वर्षो से,सुबह से, 9 बजे से/2005 ईo से इत्यादि ) तो इन क्रियाओ का अनुवाद Present Perfect Continuous Tense मे होगा । जैसे

वह सुबह से पढ रहा है ।      He has been reading since morning.

Structure And Examples of Present Perfect Continuous Tense

Subject + have/has + V-ing + Object/Ot.

मै खाता रहा हूँँ ।     i have been eating.
वे लोग पढते रहे हैं ।      They have been reading.
सीता इंतजार करती रही है ।       Sita has been waiting.
सीता दो वर्षो से इंतजार करती रही है ।     Sita has been waiting for two years.
मै दो वर्षो से रह रहा हूँँ ।     i have been living for two years.
वे लोग सुबह से दौड़ रहे हैं ।      They have been running since morning.
मै इस स्कूल मे दस वर्षो से पढ रहा हूँँ ।      i have been reading in this school for ten years.

हमलोग 2005 ईo से अंग्रेजी सीख रहे हैं ।      We have been learning English since 2005.
वह सुबह से टहल रहा है ।     He has been walking since morning.
बच्चे दो घंटो से हो-हल्ला कर रहे हैं ।      The children have been making a noise for two hours.
गीता गत मंगलवार से काम कर रही है ।       Geeta has been working since Tuesday last.
बच्चे घंटो से हो-हल्ला कर रहे हैं ।       The children have been making a noise for hours.
वह टहलता रहा है ।       He has been walking.

समयसूचक शब्दो के पहले for/since का प्रयोग हुआ है जैसा कि आपने Present Perfect Tense की क्रिया के साथ किया है ।

सीता सुबह से गाती रही है ।      Sita has been singing since morning.
वे लोग दो वर्षो से पढते रहे हैं ।      They have been reading for two years.
मै सुबह से दौड़ रहा हूँँ ।      i have been running since morning.
मै 2006 ईo से इस स्कूल मे पढ रहा हूँँ ।      i have been reading in this school since 2006.
हमलोग अनेक वर्षो से संघर्ष कर रहे हैं ।      We have been struggling for several years.
तुम गत सोमवार से अंग्रेजी सीख रहे हो ।     you have been learning English since monday last.
वह चार वर्षो से परीक्षा की तैयारी कर रहा है ।      He has been preparing for the examination for four years.

वह आठ घंटो से सो रही है ।      She has been sleeping for eight hours.
रीता 1989 ईo से वकालत कर रही है ।     Reeta has been practising as a lawyer since 1989.
मै सुबह से आपका इंतजार कर रहा हूँँ ।      i have been waiting for you since morning.
वे लोग घंटो से तैर रहे हैं ।      They have been swimming for hours.
मै अनेक वर्षो से देश की सेवा कर रहा हूँँ ।      i have been serving the country for several years.
वे गत सोमवार से बुखार से पीड़ित हैं/रहे हैं ।
They have been suffering from fever since monday last.
दो दिनो से वर्षा हो रही है ।  it has been raining for two days.
मै 9 बजे से व्यायाम कर रहा हूँँ ।      i have been taking exercise since 9 o’ clock.

Example of Negative Sentences

मै सुबह से नही दौड़ रहा हूँँ ।      i have not been running since morning.
वह 2005 ईo से इस शहर मे नही रह रहा है ।      He has not been living in this town since 2005.
तुम दो दिनो से काम नही कर रहे हो ।       you have not been working for two days.
मै जनवरी से परीक्षा की तैयारी नही कर रहा हूँँ ।      i have not been preparing for the examination since January.

Example of Interrogative sentence 

क्या वह सुबह से दौड़ रहा है ?      Has he been running since morning ?
क्या तुम वर्षो से यह काम नही कर रहे हो ?      Have you not been doing this work for years ?
क्या मै 2006 ईo से तुम्हे नही पढा रहा हूँँ ?      Have i not been teaching you since 2006 ?
क्या मै 2004 ईo से इस शहर मे नही रह रहा हूँँ ?    Have i not been living in this town since 2004 ?
क्या राम 2006 ईo से पढ रहा है ?     Has Ram been reading since 2006 ?
क्या वे लोग 9 बजे से व्यायाम नही कर रहे हैं ?     Have they not been taking exercise since 9 o’ clock ?
