Introductory ‘There’ Exercise 194,195 & 196 Solution Oxford Translation

How to Use of Introductory There, it’s Rules, Examples & Exercise Solution of Oxford Current English Translation.

1. पानी है ।     There is water.
2. दो लड़के हैं ।  There are two boys.
3. एक राजा था ।    There was a king.
4. एक लड़का है ।      There  is  a  boy.
5. एक राजा होगा ।     There will be a king.

इन वाक्यों मे असली Subject ” There ” के बाद हैं और Verbs भी असली Subject के अनुसार प्रयुक्त हुए हैं ।  a boy के लिए is तथा two boys के लिए are का प्रयोग हुआ है ।
स्पष्टतः इन वाक्यो मे there का कोई विशेष अर्थ नही है, परंतु Sentence की बनावट की दृष्टि से इसका प्रयोग आवश्यक है यहाँ “There” Subject को introduce करता है ।

अतः इस प्रकार के प्रयोग की दृष्टि से इसे Introductory There कहते हैं । ( there एक Adverb भी है जिसका अर्थ वहाँ होता है । ) जैसे :-

वहाँ एक लड़का है ।     There is a boy there.
वहाँ दो लड़के थें ।      There were two boys there.

Introductory There – का प्रयोग किसी अनिश्चित व्यक्ति / वस्तु की स्थिति / अस्तित्व या मौजूदगी दिखाने के लिए किया जाता है । अगर विधिवाचक हिंदी वाक्यो की मुख्य क्रिया है/हैं/था/थी/थे/गा/गी/गे ।  रहे और उस क्रिया का कर्ता उससे सटा हुआ ठीक पहले आए ।  तो ऐसे वाक्यो का अनुवाद Introductory there के प्रयोग से होगा । नकारात्मक वाक्यो मे कर्ता और क्रिया के बीच मे नही रहता है । जैसे :-

एक लड़का है ।      There is a boy.
एक लड़का नही है ।     There is not a boy.

इसके अलावा भी Introductory There का प्रयोग अनेक परिस्थितियो मे होता है ।

ऐसे वाक्यों मे विभक्ति + स्थानसूचक शब्दों का भी प्रयोग होता है और इनका अनुवाद introductory There के प्रयोग से होता है । जैसे

टेबुल पर एक किताब है ।     There is a book on the table.
छत पर बिल्लियाँ है ।     There are cats on the roof.

इस वाक्य को इस प्रकार भी बना सकते हैं ।

A book is on the table.
Cats are on the roof.

इस प्रकार के अनुवाद असामान्य ( uncommon ) है, परंतु बनावट की दृष्टि से गलत नही है । आप ऐसे वाक्यो का अनुवाद Introductory there से करें, तो अच्छा रहेगा ।

दो गायें हैं ।      There are two cows.
वहाँ दो गायें हैं ।      There are two cows there.
यहाँ गायें हैं ।     There are cows here.
एक राजा था ।      There was a king.
वहाँ कुछ बंदर थे ।      There were some monkeys there.
यहाँ शांति रहेगी ।     There will be peace here.
मेरे गाँव मे चार हाथी है ।       There are four elephants in my village.
उसके दिमाग मे कुछ नही है ।      There is nothing in his mind.

मंदिर के सामने एक बड़ा तालाब है ।     There is a big pond in front of the temple.
मन और शरीर मे घनिष्ठ संबंध है ।      There is a close relationship between mind and body.
इसमे कोई बुराई नही है ।     There is no evil in it.
स्कूल मे दस लड़के थे ।     There were ten boys in the school.
यहाँ कुछ नही रहेगा ।       There will be nothing here.
मेरे गाँव मे एक पुस्तकालय होगा ।      There will be a library in my village.

पेड़ पर बहुत से बंदर हैं ।      There are many monkeys on the tree.

उनलोगो के गाँव मे एक साधु है ।      There is a saint in their village.
पेड़ के नीचे गायें हैं ।      There are cows under the tree.
दुनिया मे शांति है ।     There is peace in the world.
राम और श्याम के बीच दोस्ती थी ।     There were friendship between Ram and Shyam.
जंगल मे एक सिंह था ।      There was a lion in the forest.
मेरे स्कूल मे चार सौ लड़के थे ।      There were four hundred boys in my school.

सप्ताह मे सात दिन होते हैं ।      There are seven days in a week.
चाय मे चीनी है ।      There is sugar in the tea.
टेबुल पर पुस्तके थी ।     There were books on the table.
भारत में ईमानदारी थी ।      There was honesty in india.
मेरे गाँव मे एक मंदिर होगा ।      There will be a temple in my village.
हमलोगो के बीच प्यार रहेगा ।      There will be love among us.
यहाँ कुछ नही रहेगा ।      There will be nothing here.
इस पेड़ पर कुछ बंदर रहेंगे ।      There will be some monkeys on this tree.
इस नदी मे हमेशा पानी रहेगा ।      There will be water in this river.
