यह एक गाय है और वह एक बैल है ।     This is a cow and that is an ox.
क्या ये तुम्हारे नौकर हैं ? नही, ये मेरे नौकर नहीं हैं ।    Are these your servants ? No, these are not my servants.
ये मेरे दोस्त हैं । ये मेरे मददगार हैं ।     These are my friends. These are my helpers.
यह लड़का उदास क्यों है ?     Why is this boy sad ?
यह उदास नही है, यह नाराज है ।     This is not sad, this is angry.

यह घर एक अच्छा घर है जहाँ हम सभी प्रसन्न और संतुष्ट हैं
This house is a good house Where we all are happy and satisfied.
ये गायें क्यों इतनी मोटी है ?    Why are these cows so fat ?
ये गायें इतनी मोटी है, क्योंकि ये मेरी निगरानी के अंतर्गत है ।
These cows are so fat because these are under my care.
यह लड़का हिंदी मे एम0 ए0 है, इसका भाई बी0 ए0 है ।
This boy is an M.A in Hindi his brother is a B.A.
ये लड़के प्रसन्न थे, परंतु अब प्रसन्न नहीं हैं ।     These boys were happy but now they are not happy.

क्या ये लड़के प्रसन्न नहीं रहेंगे ?     Will these boys not be happy ?
ये बच्चे फूल के समान सुन्दर हैं ।     These children are beautiful like flowers.
वे बैल क्यों खतरनाक है ?      Why are those oxen dangerous ?
वे भूखे और नाराज हैं। ये मेरे लिए हैं। और वे तुम्हारे लिए ।
Those are hungry and angry. These are for me and those are for you.
क्या ये गरीब लोग हमेशा गरीब रहेंगे ?     Will these poor people always be poor ?
ये किसान गरीब नहीं रहेंगे ।      These farmers will not be poor.
क्या आप एक किरानी हैं ? नहीं, मै किरानी नहीं हूँ ?    Are you a clerk ? No, i am not a clerk ?

मै एक हाकिम हूँ ।     i am an officer.
क्या आपके भाई किरानी हैं ? हाँ, वे किरानी हैं । नहीं, वे किरानी थे । किन्तु अब वे भी एक अफसर हैं ।
Is your brother a clerk ? Yes, He is a clerk. No, He was a clerk. But now He is also an officer.
कल यह मेरे लिए तैयार क्यों नहीं था ?     Why was it not ready for me yesterday ?
कल यह आपके लिए तैयार नहीं था, परंतु आज तैयार है ।
Yesterday, it was not ready for you, but today it is ready.
क्या तुम एक आदर्श नागरिक नही हो ?    Are you not an ideal citizen ?
मै हूँ और रहूँगा ।      i am and shall be. Or
i am and i shall be.

मेरा भाई चालाक और तेज है, लेकिन आपकी बहन सुस्त और अशिक्षित ।
My brother is clever and intelligent but your sister is dull and uneducated.
उसका भाई एक एम0 पी0 बनेगा तब वह खुश रहेगी ।
Her brother will be an M.P then she will be happy.
क्या यह उनलोगों का काम है ? नहीं, यह उनलोगों का काम नहीं है ।
is this their work ? No, this is not there work.
ये तुम्हारे दोस्त नहीं हैं ।     These are not your friends.क्या ये राम के भाई के दोस्त हैं ? नहीं, ये मेरे दोस्त हैं । ये उनके नहीं हैं ।

Are these the friends of Ram’s brother ? No, these are my friends. These are not theirs.
हमलोंगो का देश महान है, क्योंकि हमलोग आदर्श नागरिक हैं
Our country is great because we are ideal citizens.
क्या ये लाभदायक है ?     Are these useful.
मेरा अपना भाई मेरा दुश्मन था ।     My own brother was my enemy.
मै अपने घर मे रहूँगा, क्योंकि मेरा अपना घर एक आदर्श घर है ।
i shall be in my house because my own house is an ideal house.
क्या कल आप प्रसन्न थे ?     Were you happy yesterday ?हाँ, मै प्रसन्न था, क्योंकि ये मेरे थें ।      yes, i was happy because these were mine.

तुम्हारा क्या है ?    What is yours ?
मेरा कुछ नहीं है ।     Nothing is mine.
ये पुस्तकें उसकी ( पुं0 ) हैं ।     These books are his.
यह कमरा उसका है ।     This room is his.
क्या सीता अपने घर मे नहीं है ?     is Sita not in her house ?
क्या आप मेरे दोस्त नहीं हैं ?     Are you not my friend ?
मै आपका दोस्त था, लेकिन अब मै राम का दोस्त हूँ ।
i was your friend but now i am Ram’s friend.
क्योंकि आप बेईमान हैं और राम ईमानदार ।
Because you are dishonest and Ram is honest.

नहीं, मैं बेईमान नहीं हूँ ।    No, i am not dishonest.
मै आपका दोस्त हूँ और आपका दोस्त रहूँगा ।
i am your friend and Shall be your friend.
तुम्हारा भाई क्यों डाक्टर नही बनेगा ?     Why will your brother not be a doctor ?
मेरे पिता गरीब हैं, वे लाचार हैं, इसलिए वह डाक्टर नहीं बनेगा ।
My father is poor, he is helpless, so he will not be a doctor.
तुम एक मामूली आदमी हो और एक मामूली आदमी रहोगे ।
You are a simple man and Will be a simple man.
मेरा अपना भाग्य ही मेरे विरूद्ध है और मेरा दुश्मन है ।
My own luck is against me and an enemy of mine.
तुम्हारी अपनी बहन तेज है ।    Your own sister is intelligent.
लेकिन वह घमंडी है और उसका स्वभाव कड़ा है ।
But she is proud and her nature is rough.
चूँँकि आप शिक्षित नहीं हैं, अतः आप एक आदर्श नागरिक नहीं हैं ।
Since you are not educated, so you are not an ideal citizen.
क्या ये पुस्तकें मेरी नहीं हैं ?     Are these books not mine ?
