अभी सुबह है और आप ऑफिस जा रहे हैं । it is morning now and you are going to office.
रात्रि के तीन बज रहे थे जब यह घटित हुआ । it was 3 a.m. when it occurred.
आपकी घड़ी मे कितना बजा है ? What is the time by your watch ?
क्या साढे तीन बजा है ? is it half past three ?
क्या घंटों से तेज वर्षा हो रही है ? Has it been training heavily for hours ?
यहाँ वर्षा क्यों नहीं होती है ? Why doesn’t it rain here ?
मुझे चाँदनी रात पसंद है । i like a moonlit night.
वह चाँदनी रात थी और बादल चाँद के साथ खेल रहा था ।
It was a moonlit night and the cloud was playing with the moon.
खेलने के लिए यह अच्छा समय है । it is a good time to play.
सामान्यतः अफ्रीका मे बहुत गर्मी पड़ती है जबकि कश्मीर मे बहुत सर्दी ।

हमारे देश में अनेक ऋतुएँ हैं । There are many seasons in our country.
बिहार में भारी वर्षा नहीं होती है । it doesn’t rain heavily in Bihar.
वर्षा कब हुई ? वर्षा कैसे होती है ? When did it rain ? How does it rain ?
क्या आप कुछ महसूस करते हैं ? Do you feel something ?
आपको ऐसे प्रश्न क्यों करने पड़ते हैं ? Why have you to put such questions ?
मुझे यह कहना पड़ेगा । हमने ऐसा हिमपात पहले कभी नहीं देखा था ।
i shall have to say this. We didn’t see such snowfall ever before.
मै दस दिनो से अनुपस्थित था, क्योंकि मौसम ने आने की अनुमति नहीं दी ।
i had been absent for 10 days because the weather didn’t allow to come.
क्या आपने कुछ करना चाहा है ? Have you wanted to do something ?
तुम्हें वहाँ क्यों जाना पड़ेगा ? Why will you have to go there ?

अगर आप बेईमान हैं तो आप अपने जीवन में कुछ नहीं कर सकते ।
If you are dishonest, you can’t do anything in your life.
क्या कोई आदमी है जो बाघ को मार सकता है ? is there a man who can kill a tiger ?
वह आज आ सकता है, इसलिए मैं सुबह से उसका इंतजार कर रहा हूँ ।
He may come today, so i have been waiting for him since morning.
वह जीत भी सकता है और हार भी सकता है । He may either win or lose.
क्या आज वर्षा हो सकती है ? May it rain today ?
मै यह कैसे कह सकता हूँ ? How can i say this ?
अगर तुम इस काम को कर सकते हो तो क्यों नहीं करते ?
If you can do this work, why don’t you do ?
क्या चाहिए तुम्हें ? मुझे एक कलम चाहिए ।
What do you want ? i need a pen.
उसे आपके पास जाना चाहिए । He should go to you.
अगर वह नहीं जाता है तो यह उसकी भूल होगी और उसे पछताना पड़ेगा ।
If he doesn’t go, it will be his mistake and he will have to repent.
वह आ गया है । क्या मै उससे मिलने जाऊँ ? He has come. May i go to meet him ?
हमें यह कभी नहीं भूलना चाहिए कि हम क्या हैं ?
We should never forget this, what we are ?
किसी को वहाँ अवश्य रहना चाहिए । Someone must be there.
आप उस काम को अवश्य करें जो आपको करना चाहिए ।

अगर आप ईमानदार आदमी हैं तो हर जगह आपकी इज्ज़त होगी ।
If you are an honest man, you will be respected everywhere.
बेईमान आदमी को कोई नहीं चाहता । हर जगह उसकी उपेक्षा की जाती है । इसलिए हमें ईमानदार बनने की कोशिश करनी चाहिए ।
Nobody likes a dishonest man. He is ignored everywhere. Therefore, we should try to be honest.
हमें क्यों तंग किया जा रहा है ? क्या इसलिए कि हम गरीब हैं ?
Why are we being vexed ? is it because we are poor ?
उसे पीटा जा सकता है, परंतु हमें उसे नहीं पीटना चाहिए क्योंकि वह भी हमें पीट सकता है जब उसे मौका मिलेगा ।
He can be beaten but we shouldn’t beat him, because he can also beat us, when he gets a chance.
हम किस चीज के लिए कोशिश कर रहे हैं ? What are we trying for ?
क्या हम नहीं बहकाए जा रहे हैं ? Aren’t we being misguided ?
हमें क्या कहा गया और हम क्या कर रहे हैं ? What were we told and what are we doing ?
क्या कोई नहीं है जिससे मदद माँगी जा सकती है ? is there nobody who can be asked for help ?
आप क्यों चुप थे जब आपसे प्रश्न किया जा रहा था ?
Why were you silent when you were being questioned ?
आप क्या करने लगे थे ? What had you started doing ?
